3. Getting started!
- We do an inventory with the child/family
- We do the transfer** of care with you
** Preferably a warm transfer in the hospital.
4. Dismissal
- Nursing transfer (according to the four child life domains)
- Execution request (reserved operations only).
- (Digital) medication review pharmacy
